So far so good 🙂 We have the system installed a week ago and we can already see the difference! No more dry and itchy skin, water taste much better, no more stomach problems, don't need much soap and it washes of easily, we don't know about sediment yet because it hasn't been that long since we have it. "Virginia Environmental Resources installed our new water filtration system about ten days ago, and it couldn’t have been easier! After moving into our home, we experienced issues with hard water stains and actual etching in our crystal glasses. We knew we needed to get this problem fixed quickly. We called Virginia Environmental Resources to request an appointment. Jeff, the Director of Operations, was our sales consultant. He visited our home, tested our well water, and explained the results of the tests. In addition, Jeff shared about how the system would resolve our water issues and the equipment installation process. There was no pressure to sign up during the appointment, which we greatly appreciated. After reviewing our options, we called Jeff, who scheduled the system installation for the next day. Installers Chad and Brad were on-time, friendly, and professional, and worked well together. They quickly completed the installation of the equipment, and the work site was left clean and tidy. The following week, Dan, their General Manager, came out to our home to confirm how the system was working for us and to walk through reviewing the system’s operation processes. He answered all our questions in a professional and courteous manner. This is a remarkable team of unique people who know the "ABCs" about water treatment. Jeff, Josh, Brad, Chad, Dan, and the lovely April made me and my husband feel like family. They took the time to explain to us every aspect of the testing process and how to treat our water based on their findings. On top of that, once we HAD to have it, installation was two days later. The proficiency, professionalism and just plain friendliness of the entire group let us know we had made a good investment.
